Terms of service
Last updated 21 September 2026 · ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน
These terms govern the use of Omni Chat, a customer-service platform operated by Omnicone. By creating a workspace or using one, you accept them.
The service
Omni Chat receives the messages sent to the accounts a business connects — Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business number, LINE official account, TikTok or Lazada shop, website widget — shows them in one inbox, and sends the business's replies back through the same provider. It also offers automatic replies, broadcasts, reports and, where enabled, verification of bank-transfer slips.
Accounts
- A workspace has one owner, who invites the other users and decides their roles. Each user keeps their own credentials; sharing an account is not allowed.
- The business is responsible for what its users do in the workspace, including the messages they send to customers.
- The business must have the right to use the accounts it connects and must keep to the rules of each provider (Meta's Platform Terms, the LINE, TikTok and Lazada terms). A provider may suspend a connected account, and we must act on that.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who did not contact the business first where the provider forbids it;
- send unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content;
- impersonate another business or person;
- collect or process data unlawfully, or to work around a provider's limits;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or another customer's install.
Data
The messages and contacts of a workspace belong to the business. Omnicone processes them on its behalf, as described in the privacy policy, and deletes them on request as described on the data deletion page. The business may export its data at any time from the console.
Fees
Plans, limits and any credit for slip verification are those agreed with the business. Fees are payable in advance; a workspace whose plan has expired keeps its data for 30 days, during which it can be renewed or exported.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, a provider's outage or a change to a provider's API can interrupt it. Support is by e-mail at support@omnicone.com.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Omnicone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the acts of a messaging provider, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
A business may stop using the service at any time and ask for its data to be deleted. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of a provider's rules, with notice where it is practical to give it.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and a material change is announced to the businesses that use the service before it takes effect.
